Because every painting in our collection is an original artwork hand painted by master artists on heavy linen canvas, our fulfillment timeline includes physical creation, curing, custom framing, and reinforced packaging before dispatch.

II. Studio Quality and Preview Approval
We want you to feel complete confidence in your artwork before it leaves our studio. Prior to packaging, our team photographs the finished canvas under calibrated natural studio lighting and sends high resolution preview images directly to your email for approval.
Upon receiving your preview, you can approve the artwork for immediate framing and crating or request subtle adjustments to color tones, contrast, or details. Our artist will refine the canvas until you are completely satisfied before applying the final protective varnish coat.
III. Packaging and Transit Protection
Original fine art requires uncompromising packaging to withstand international courier transit:
Rolled Canvas Packaging
The cured painting is layered with acid free conservation paper and encased in a heavy duty, moisture sealed crush proof cylindrical container.
Framed and Stretched Packaging
Protected by archival glassine paper across the textured paint face, shock absorbing corner caps, two inch high density foam padding, and a reinforced solid plywood crate.
IV. Shipping Rates, Customs, and Tracking
United States Delivery
Standard express courier rates and free shipping promotions are calculated at checkout. Orders delivered within the United States do not incur additional import duties.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority and DHL Express. Shipments to Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia are subject to standard local value added taxes or duties upon arrival.

Once your wooden crate is collected by the courier, you will receive an automated dispatch notification with your direct tracking link.
