1. 100% Hand-Painted & Made-to-Order Fulfillment Process

Because every painting in our collection is an original artwork hand-painted by master artists on heavy linen canvas, our fulfillment timeline includes physical creation, curing, custom framing, and reinforced packaging before dispatch.

2. Order Preview & Quality Approval

Before packaging your artwork, we photograph the completed painting under studio lighting and send high-resolution preview photos to your email for approval.

● If you approve the piece, it immediately moves to framing and crating.

● If you request minor color or tonal refinements, our artist will adjust the piece prior to final dispatch.

 

3. Packaging & Transit Protection

High-value oil paintings require specialized packaging to prevent transit damage:

Rolled Canvas:

● Rolled in acid-free protective paper and encased in heavy-duty, moisture-sealed PVC tubes.

Framed & Stretched Art:

● Packaged with acid-free glassine paper over the impasto surface, corner guards, high-density impact-absorbing foam cushions, heavy-duty double-wall corrugated cartons, and reinforced wooden skeleton crates for large and oversized pieces.

 

4. Shipping Rates & Destinations

Domestic (United States):

● Standard express shipping rates or promotional Free Shipping thresholds are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

● We ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority / Economy and DHL Express. Shipping rates are dynamically calculated based on dimensional weight and destination country at checkout.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

United States:

● Orders shipped to US addresses do not incur additional import duties under current de minimis regulations for original works of art.

International Orders (EU, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.):

● Shipments may be subject to local import value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or customs clearance fees assessed by destination authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

6. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your artwork is crated and collected by the courier, you will receive an automated email and SMS notification containing your FedEx / DHL tracking number and direct tracking link.

 

7. Transit Damage Guarantee

In the rare event that your package sustains damage during international transit:

1. Photograph the outer wooden crate / carton before and after unpacking.

2. Contact our support team at within [48] hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

3. We will immediately expedite a priority replacement painting at zero additional cost to you.
